RepForm Privacy Policy

Overview

The short version: everything you track stays in a private database on your iPhone. We do not run user accounts, we do not sync your data to the cloud, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. The only information that reaches our servers is optional feedback you choose to send and anonymized diagnostics that help us keep the app stable.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

All of the content you create in RepForm is stored in a local database on your device. This includes:

• Workouts, routines, and exercises
• Body measurements
• Your profile: name, biological sex, year of birth, and height

RepForm has no user accounts and no cloud sync. Your data is not sent to Kode Art or to any third party as part of normal use. Because the data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes this data.

Backups are entirely under your control. Any export file RepForm creates is generated at your request and saved wherever you choose to keep it. We do not receive or store your backups.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, RepForm connects to Apple Health. When you grant access, the app reads your body weight, height, biological sex, and date of birth, and writes body weight and finished workouts back to Apple Health.

Health data accessed through HealthKit is used only to provide app functionality on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party, and it is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. You can review or revoke RepForm's Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or in iOS Settings.

Analytics

RepForm uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which features are used and how the app performs. TelemetryDeck does not use personal identifiers and does not track you across apps or across the web.

The events we collect are feature-usage signals only: for example, that a workout was started or finished, that a screen was viewed, or that a subscription was started. No workout content, health data, or personal data is included in these events.

Crash and Performance Diagnostics

To find and fix bugs, RepForm sends crash and hang reports gathered by Apple's MetricKit framework, along with the app version and build number, to our own server at kodeart.ca.

These reports contain technical diagnostics, such as where in the app a crash occurred, and do not include your personal or health data.

Feedback

If you use the in-app feedback form, RepForm sends your message and, optionally, an email address you provide to our server. We use this information solely to read your feedback and respond to you. If you leave the email field blank, we have no way to reply.

Subscriptions

RepForm Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Purchases and renewals are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

No Ads, No Data Selling, No Tracking

RepForm does not show advertisements, does not sell your data, and does not track you across other apps or websites. The app's privacy manifest declares tracking as false.

Data Retention

Your workout, routine, exercise, measurement, and profile data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed, and is removed when you delete the app. Diagnostics and feedback received on our server are retained only as long as needed to fix issues and respond to you, and are then deleted.

Your Rights and Deletion Requests

Because your app data is stored only on your device, you are always in control of it: you can edit or delete any entry in the app, and deleting the app removes all of it. If you have sent us feedback and would like the message or associated email address deleted, contact us at support@kodeart.ca and we will remove it.

Children

RepForm is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where a higher age of digital consent applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of RepForm after an update means you accept the revised policy.
